20 years ago, people went to the ballots to decide if Pinochet should stay in the goverment. 20 years ago people decided to stop the military dictaroship. Today, grassroot organizations decides to conmemorate that day, focusing their speech in how we can’t see differences between the militar dictatorship and the democratic goverment of the concertacion.
